Hello Select,

It was a great weekend for our FTB Select teams! Leading the way was our FTB Select 14U Mizuno, coached by Jeff Hoyle, which participated in the High School division of the GOB tournament in Apopka. They won all five games they played to bring home the championship! Congrats, fellas! Our FTB Select 11U team also competed in their GOB tournament in Apopka. Even though they weren't able to notch a win, they competed hard, and there were many positive moments throughout the games. Most importantly, we identified key areas where we need to keep working.

FTB Softball’s 14U team traveled to Leesburg this past weekend to compete in the SFP Pride and Glory tournament. The team played hard, demonstrating a lot of grit and determination, wrapping up the event with a solid 3-3 record. We are incredibly proud of their progress and performance throughout the season and are excited to see what they’ll achieve next!

Great job, FTB! We look forward to continuing to work hard, win games, and strive for championships!

UCF Athletics Hall of Fame

I really wanted to take this moment to thank all the parents and players who came out to the UCF Hall of Fame Ceremony and the UCF football game. I hope you enjoyed it. From the bottom of my heart, whether you were able to make it to the events or not, I truly appreciate all of your support from our FTB family! It means a lot to me and my family.

My hope is that this experience inspires our players and all the kids, past and future, that I am blessed to coach. Maybe it can serve as an example that if they work hard and believe in themselves, they can live their dreams in whatever they decide to do in life. And hopefully, they can use it to help and inspire others as well. "That is why I played baseball," and that's why I'm coaching now!

SUMMER TRIPS 2025 

After analyzing your feedback and responses from the interest form, we are happy to announce that we have enough interest to form a 12U and 14U team to attend the Cal Ripken Experience at Disney's Wide World of Sports tournament this upcoming summer of 2025. That being said, we will begin to move forward with our planning for this tournament.
